As per Government guidelines, we are pleased to say we are reopening on the 4th July 2020.
In order to protect all our guests some things will change a little, we will ask all guests to use hand sanitiser on arrival and to use face coverings in communal areas when there are other guests present.
The guidance also states we have to maintain a record of all guests for 21 days, we will keep this information as simple as possible but appreciate guests cooperation with this

We offer modern en suite accommodation on the edge of the Lake District, the three rooms available are within a self contained area of our new built, modern home. Each room is decorated to a high standard. The use of a fully equipped kitchen allows guests the choice of self catering or eating out, whilst they explore the area.
We always greet our guests personally and show you around the accommodation to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We are on hand throughout your stay, so if you have any queries, we can help.
The house was completed in 2018 and has been built to minimise environmental impact, features include air source heat pump and solar thermal panels, to provide renewable underfloor heating and hot water; and a rainwater harvesting system is in place to reduce reliance on mains water. LED lighting is used throughout. The house is also built with a high level of insulation. These features combine to drastically reduce the properties carbon footprint.
Guests also benefit from additional safety features including fire doors and there is no carbon monoxide risk.
Each room is decorated tastefully to meet the needs of the modern guest, ideal for those visiting the area for business or pleasure. The rooms benefit from en-suite bath or shower room, other amenities include free high speed Wi-Fi , Amazon fire TV, DAB radio, hairdryers and a kettle, tea and coffee; toiletries are also provided.
The whole of the property is non smoking, including the garden and the carpark.
